If I need to fire a player, I just do it in person.

That's bold. I just hired a guy who's good at telling people they're fired.

One of the reasons for the dying of this game is because of unrealistically large number of injuries of players. In my league each season champion become a team who has less number of injuries of players in the final series, not the better team. It can be frustrating and a lot of people in revolt leave the game. It is not real to have every season each team has 5-6 injured players. Where it has in reality. Set tactics, formation and game start, one or two of the line up injured and everything collapses. More if it is in a TV game or games against rivals, then whole collapses season .. etc.

I'd say injuries are actually pretty consistent in the NBA as well. There were so many players injured for the playoffs this last season. GS won based on talent but also because they remained relatively healthy for the whole year. If he is having that many players injured however, I'm curious to know the level of his doctor, as a higher level doctor minimizes the injuries that can happen as well as how long they are injured for, so perhaps he simply needs to invest in a more qualified staff.

Also using level 3, never had much problems with injuries.

Also think it's quite realistic, Minnesota has been crippled by injuries for seasons now..
