Ok here is my two cents.First off why does it matter how many flags people have gotten? I dont think the flag has to necessarily be a new flag as long as they dont use that same country twice in the time period that the competition runs for. Basically anyone should be able to play. Example:If the time period was 5 weeks and someone collected: Ghana, Canada, USA, Italy, USAThey should get points for collecting Ghana, Canada, Italy and USA, but then 0 points the last weeks since they already collected USA during those 5 weeks.Secondly if you end up accepting everyone like I suggested above, im in.
