Well, for a 4th season in a row, Minnesota Fair where foes, is out in the first round. Off-season has already begun in Minnesota, adding two veterans, to what we feel is already a good young cure. Next year, we look to continue our playoff streak, and possibly get out of the first round!!! Anything less would be a disappointment. Ed was excited when he heard about the new pickups his team has made for the up coming season, "I think, we finally have a championship contending team."
Ed, looks to be more involved in the offense this up coming season.

Playoff games for round 2-

Guardians @ Bombers - Guardians, have said they felt good heading into this game, they went into their arena and beat them a week ago, you can bet this has gotten back to the Bombers, will they use this as motativation???

Saints@ Shocks- should be an interesting matchup. I think it'll be close at half, shocks by 8. but in the second half, the shocks pull away with this one. As they look to go back to back, Great 8 champions

She Kunqiang is looking to make a last push as his career winds to an end. Look for him to be a major factor in this one.

Nice win by the Shocks last night, winning at home and taken a 1-0 lead in the series. I wonder in the history of buzzerbeater, how many teams have come back and won it all after dropping game 1. I would guess the % is somewhere between 15-25...that's just a guess tho, i got nothing to back that up with lol

Been a great 2 years playing against a lot of you guys, you are some of the better and more active managers ive ever competed against, if you can win in this league you can compete against anyone in my opinion, good luck to you all.

Predictions for this up coming season???

I was wrong last season, i had the two teams in the finals, however, the Shocks went on to sweep Steel.

this season, I see the Sharks, making the playoffs for the first time in this league!!! their drought ends this season!!!
Steel
Bombers
and foes
(Steel makes their way to their second straight finals. They better win it all this season, because the window is closing on em quickly)
on the other side i see:

Shlubs
Eagles
Saints
AND....Mudcats!!!!

(The Saints edge out the Mudcats, by whiskers!!)

Finals: Saints top Steel

alright, so those are my picks for this up coming playoffs....I know nothing wild or crazy with any of those picks lol, ANYWAYS....now your turn, lets see if YOU can pick the winning team,

Your welcome, Shark Attack. Kick some Russell Westbrook butt tonight! That's nothing against his team, but your team is in line for big things this season, and because of that, this is a game you should and can win.

Off topic, but i gotta know one thing, and i highly doubt its just me.....How come when Russell Westbrook gets 10 rebounds, 10 assist and double digit points, he's not a team player and all this and that. remind you the Team won games!!!

on the other hand, in the finals, they talk about Lebron getting triple doubles, and how he's the best in the world *coughs* and his team lost 4-1???? Lebron couldn't get the job done, with a much more talented roster around him then westbrook. But we credit James and hate on Russell. It makes no sense to me, specially when we consider one of em, to be..."the best in the world"

Thanks for all feed back, and thats including those that HIGHLY disagree with me, you know, those Lebron LOVERRRRRS of the world :D.

Back on subject now, let's get ready for an exciting season. Things are getting closer..team wise, theres not a big gap between some of these teams, my opinion, but then again, wth do i know :/ lol

Update: At the half between steel and Foes. Foes lead 51-41. The reporter asked Lee Quick about the first half, and what the team needs to do, to finish off this game. Lee Responded by saying "First and foremost, I wanna make this very clear, Steel is a dirty team, and there's no room in our league for dirty players like that, specially from guys that are will past their prime"

For those who're unaware of what Lee Quick is talking about, or forgot about it. It was in last year's playoff game, where Steel injured the Foe's allstar PG, and tonight they injured Foe's 2X all star Center. You can feel the bad blood rising between these two teams.

Stay tune for more fireworks

I mean chippy play happens. If I remember right the foes put our best player chad cano out for two weeks in our first meeting.

Seems to me the foes weren't ready to play at that kind of pace and intensity. You know what they say can't handle the heat stay outta the paint :p

But in all seriousness I hate seeing guys go down even more so I'm the first game of the season. Hopefully you guys stay on a good path while he is out

I think your right, we did side line Cano for two weeks.

Then your guys waited to get back at us in the playoffs, by taking out Figueiredo in the 2nd quater.

Tonight, Albert was going up for a dunk and your Center, (pan) must of wack him one. Then when the game was out of hand (i think I was up by 25 at the time) one of your players got a flaggent foul on Figueiredo. The game got chippy from there.

In just a few meanings between our two teams, it would appear, we don't like each other lol. Which makes sense, were both competing at a high level.

Given our team's short Rival...I had to pick a player on my team, who would call your team out. and i decided to go with my PF. It only made sense, (GS: Green) plus it's fun, bringing players to life.....sorta speak!!!!!

I hate seeing injuries happen too. Albert isn't one that normally goes down, idk about Cano, but i believe this is the first injury Albert has gotten since joining my team. Now Figueiredo, he goes down every season, for a good amount of time. Losing him, has hurt our all around play, so this year, I went out and bought in guys that can hopefully help out, if and when he decideds to go down with another leg injury lol.

Good luck to you, the rest of the season....that is until we see eachother again, at your arena! lol
