I am still wondering why I pulled the trigger on this player as well, your assessment was spot on, at best he is a DIII player on the skill set side but I was just wanting to test a rotational move to see how it would play out for me….

I don't know why I was placed in Tier 1, honestly. I played against just 1 team with a lower ranking than me and that was marginal.

Kinda surprised by the basically average record for our Big 4. They could've/should've done better.
Also, I would've expected Some Team to do better.

Thx for the summary. Playing in tier 1 can be difficult for L2 teams. It depends a lot on the draw. However I should have done better.

The BBM is such a mess. My D-IV utopian team that finished 5th in league play went up against a D1 BBM opponent. I never had a chance. Micro nations have a huge advantage in the BBM ranking system due to it being based on country size and strength of schedule -- making D4 vs D1 matchups possible. If you are in, let's say Iran, it is possible to play in a D2 league full of bots. Due to the weaker bot teams this affects a micro nations BBM rankings (huge BBM advantage obviously).
