Dude, Finisher doesn't have a D3 squad, is more like a decent D2 team.

He added a little extra enthusiasm in to the game an apparently that was good enough to beat an NBBA team.

Granted the fee was not easy by any means and kudos for pulling that off, but he is playing us, not NBBA teams or D2 teams before facing off against Forza.

It did take a bit of a toll playing this version of my team compared to ealier in the season, when he could have used his bench players and still beat my team by 20+ points, giving his main guys a full day off of rest.

Now, he gets B.S., whahoos, and Petersburg, which should be easy wins, where he can rest some players, pick up some enthusiasm, and game shape before the post season.

Don't know if it will in time to win the cup.

You mean up my payroll even more?

I don't know if it will be necessary, teams are going down on their payrolls, they may just help me out by doing
that.
I haven't been able to get away from Windy City Zephyr, but all the higher up teams are coming closer to me, so the door is opening up little by little.

No offense, but this is Finisher23 season to lose, and I don't see Dr J, losing he is a good manager.

I won't beat him at this moment it would be just a waste of money, plus not getting relegated and training are my priorities at this moment.

Any post season action would be a cherry on top for this season, after having to sell my two top players and putting together this mediocre squad just to avoid relegation.

Are you going to up your payroll to try an upset Finisher's season?

Are you trying to write it into existence?

Yeah. wishful thinking

No one will waste their enthusiasm on a match they can't win unless they rebuild their team and hope their new
players' Game Shape wasn't bad after acquiring them.

Most definitely when from the fourth spot to the seventh spot the difference is just PD, which means is not just about winning but winning by as many points as possible, Petersburg has a huge advantage with 3 games left.

Moving forward, Finisher won't get much resistance other than Kalamazoo Ramblers, your best bet will be
how much his game against Knights of Autumn takes a toll on his team.

If he feels he can win it, and goes for it you will have a good shot, if he feels it's not happening and just takes the L
to save his players for this post-season is probably not a good shot.

Total Player Salaries: $ 135 415
Player Salaries Floor: $ 133 460

After I sold Szigfrid Erdélyi (salary 51K) I realized that my payroll was BELOW the Players Salary Floor to receive TV money. So I realized if I spent some cash (about 240K) I would get TV money for 4 week (440K). That is the ONLY reason I bought those players. Right now I am $1,900 +/- above the player floor.

That is the reason I bought those OLD players, no one wants to bid on those old players. I tried to buy some trainees, but prices kept going up above 100-150K for a 5k trainee. I would have had to buy 3-4 of those, so it would not have made economic sense.

Hope your realize that I am NOT crazy for doing this.

My team officially has their foot in the door.

They may see a little post-season action after all, from being in seventh place, literally being some PD away from knocking at the door of the eighth spot to a chance of taking the fourth spot, while maintaining my training intact, not bad.

Can't complain.

Yeah, that's just what the Dr. ordered, but I will probably do it on my last day of the season

Just to see if I can avoid Finisher in the first round.
