Big suggestions
BB was made on the reputation of the NBA. And the Draft Lottery makes wonders and catastrophic errors occur when selecting peaks. A generation is drastically different in quality.
What I think that BB should:
1.
For Transfers Introduce the rule that the player of that potential with exactly so many years with so much TSP or + 2 / -2 worth exactly that much. The maximum club which sells can get is the double money of his value. The one who wants to buy him can pay a billion if he has it - he gets rid of the bill as much as he can pay. There is no help of fraternal teams, as a matter of fact, there is but within the limits of jurisdiction. E.g. veterans elder of 35yo. their value drops -20% for each subsequent year. So, let manager who trying to buy new player looks for his arranged skills, etc.
Each placing player on the TL costs manager exactly so much + a percentage of sales (10%) at the start and even though he's not sold. It's directed against managers who pose very poor players for the big amount of money because they would be sent their team fast to BOT. Also, take them further + 10% for every player sold during the season (10,20,30,40%,...) In this way, we'll reduce Day Traders, i.e. their earnings will drop rapidly. That will cause decisively influence on managers to turn to coaching.
2. According to the NBA's reputation, allocate % the number of balls to the last three teams (50%:30%:20%). At least, it'll minimize the possibility that the best player is pulled out by a manager who deliberately loses all matches.
3. All the teams that fall into
the lowest division (IV or V) should be distributed evenly just in a few filled leagues e.g. (2-5) with 12-16 teams to compete with each other and then fill in as many empty places in higher divisions as necessary. Also, managers should be able to choose amongst all the best drafters for that division, and not just for that league e.g. IV.23
4. For each match, there must be at least 1/2 of the best players (minimum 6) who are not injured on the bench for regularity, and the managers will pick who will play the game. The best variant is that Engine itself sets the best 12 and sets it by position, and then the managers themselves set straight the composition of the lineups who wants to satisfy the condition of the previous sentence.
5. Abolish the placement bonus in a higher ranking. Because that's exploited wrongly by some managers. They just go in a higher division and immediately fall out of it. On this way, they earn much more money and even get honoured by the best drafters and thus cause a significant difference in money and quality of teams for next seasons. The other way is that this bonus can be obtained only 1x in 4 (or more) season since 4 seasons is = 1 year.
6. Managers should pay penalties (+ 10%, and each week in succession by another + 10%) if the roster over 12 players - in this way we'll make them log in and at least change something. Otherwise, they would soon become BOT teams because they would break the ceiling of -500k
7. Introduce the possibility of BUTTON FOR REGISTRATION so the managers of each lower divisions could do
apply if they want to take the place of the BOT team in the higher divisions as soon as it becomes free. In this way, we gain them the opportunity to play games with experienced managers with stronger teams as soon as possible during the same season. They would be picking on the current state, who's the best ranked among them. Rule number 5) must be introduced beforehand because why would be someone play in a higher division if he'll remain without a bonus...

Probably missing something here, but more or less, that's it.Opinions?
