He might have zero chance. But if i train him properly he can be that ultra-rare occasion that a starter potential can make the U21 :)

If by rare you mean 'first time in Canadian history' then sure. If you didn't want to hear the truth then you probably shouldn't have asked. Personally, I would look to buy a Canadian trainee with higher potential and save myself the aggravation. He'll probably cap before he reaches 20 as I don't think he can reach a salary of $10000.

Something as low as 8 8 10 9 9 10 / 6 6 4 4 / 5 5 is 90-100% capped for starter. And not even close to being considered for the team.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

I have my first ever televised game today. Do these run the exact same as other games, or will performance affect things like merchandise and future attendance more than regular games?

The main reason I'm asking is because this is a 3 game week and I'll have to sit some players to avoid fatigue, but if this will affect future revenues, it might make a difference to who plays.

It is one line of your fan survey (how well did they play their last game on TV)

It makes a little bit of difference for your future home attendance, and with the changes to the fan survey, could impact it a bit more than before, where it was too heavily dependent on just the previous game W/L.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

Not being able to use 'good' in exchange for 'well' is a peculiarly common misconception. I know this is a cliché, but seriously, read a dictionary.

People incorrectly correcting people literally kills me.

I just had a week of successful training where my top two sf's got 5 pops between them (on a multi position training). I'm pretty darned happy with that result. I was just wondering if this was a fairly common thing, or just a fluke. It's new for me.

Depends on a number of factors. Can you tell us specifically what skill you were training? And was it team training or 2 position training?

Sure, it was One on One for forwards.

19 year old P allstar SF went from HA 3 to 4, and DR 2 - 3

19 year old P allstar SF went from HA 6 - 7, DR 7 - 8, and IS 4 - 5

22 year old allstar C went from DR 6 - 7

Using an advanced trainer

Sf's got the full 48 minutes, C hit 43

Just before now I had never gotten more than 3 pops in a week.

it doesnt happen every week, but its not that uncommon either with one on one training. You can get as much as 4 pops per player with it (JS,IS,DR,HN)
