These new teams in the"'Great 8"
are fierce. It blows my mind that CRF Flamengo
(30332) is presently in last place in this subdivision, but has a
positive points differential on the season of 58 points. I've been playing this game for a while now and I
swear that's a first.
Not to mention, CRF Flamengo
has been in the postseason here in League III.6
consistently over the past
several seasons. Now this season, last place presently in our "Great 8," but they shouldn't feel too bad with a +58 p/d.
With the exception of MacLeod 6
(23459) in our "Great 8," who has, thus far anyways, dominated everybody's squad here this season, and only holds one loss to 10th Mountaineers
(269881) from the "Big 8," we seem to be in a
fairly dead heat over here in the "Great 8."
Also, I totally agree with you on the top half of the "Big 8." No offense to your squad intended Llama whatsoever, as I'm sure your strategies will work out beautifully for your squad over the long haul, but the top four teams over there are
flat out tough competition.
There
are 16 x divisions of League III here on BuzzerBeater and I looked through the teams on each one and
only our League III.6
as well as League III.12
still have six teams left in the tournament.
None have more than six and
only a few have five.
I mention that
only to state that I
highly suspect
whoever moves onto League II from our League III division
still stands a fighting chance of
continued success in League II as this
seems to me to be one of the toughest League III divisions that presently exist, if not,
the toughest League III division, overall.
This season for me looks
real questionable as far as being able to progress onto one of the four League II subdivisions by the end. I haven't tasted the coffee in League II yet as Mr. Natural
fairly pointed out earlier in the forums this season and it's
quite doubtful that I'll be there next season.
Starting this upcoming Saturday there is
no guarantee we will definitely win anymore games. I'm not going to try to tank for any reason. It's just that I respect
every single one of the teams I'm facing from that point on in our schedule as
being able to win on ANY given Sunday, so to speak.
