Wow! What an amazing an informative post! (And all the supporting posts!)
I've just spent the last half hour reading through it, and even though I've been playing for a month now (and lurking in the forums reading as much as I can) I still learnt heaps and heaps of useful info!

hey man

great stuff... i've read the first 2 posts ( the rest i'll read once i get time to catch up on the reading) but it seems good.

only minor detail, it's on very long text to read ^^

i am writing an entire trainings manual from scratch, combining personal experience and 3 other training manuals (one written in french, one in dutch and one from BB Belgium). got some other projects going on aswell. i'll use this text of your once i finished my triing manual, but anyhow, from what i read till hear, great stuff.

Yeah I agree it is a bit long, but it is just the first draft. I thought it is better to be long now, and I can cut it down later on.
