I know you have touched on this, but for clarification....in the old system, you start off with the 13 players with one look...From that, a guy could make at least a few educated guesses as to some potential good picks...at the very least, a handful of players can be eliminated as someone you wouldnt want to draft.

So in the new system, if you don't invest in scouting, are you completely subject to random drafting, or is there at least something that puts you slightly above being blind with your picks?

I think they mentioned you wouldn't get free scouting but the baseline rankings are somewhat accurate to talent, which is why bots and inactive users will draft better because of the baseline rankings. So while you don't get free looks you aren't drafting 100% blindly.

All of the players will be ranked by your scouts, but not all of the rankings will be accurate.

Everyone's rankings will deviate the same, though, teams will not have worse accuracy than others.

So,we all get the players ranked by their ranking.It's not the same for every team,right?

Assuming that it is roughly the same,a top team in a division doesn't have a chance of landing one of the top5 or 10,so it would be recommended to search at mid 10's for the 3 star 5 potential player,right again?
