I don't know how you guys came to a conclusion that we don't care about our users. It is a very hurtful statement to make but an easy accusation to get away with, since there are delays, and since we haven't fixed them, it must mean that we don't care. You seem to ignore us when we say that we are doing everything we can to avoid delays, so I'm not going to repeat myself. Also, it's a complicated problem with no obvious solution. I've said that before too. We try to inform users whenever we can if there are delays too. We definitely care, it's the users who don't pay attention to what we are saying that feel the other way.

The problems are there for more than a year now and you are unable to solve them. I have no clue about coding, so I guess this might be hard to solve and its not your fault.

However I know what a business should do to keep their customers somewhat calm... In the meanwhile you could improve communication, that now consists of 1 tweet every couple months, some rare forum posts that most users probably never read and a news item posted roughly every two months. There where 2 BBs for communication (that did a horrible job btw.), what happened to them? If they are still doing their job, they better start doing their jog, nahmeen?

Give out a few days or even weeks of supporter, loyal supporters definitely deserve such a bonus or better said compensation.

And i gotta say that yesterday the box score was out pretty fast compared to what it use to be. So something has got to be happening =)

So only supporters deserve this? Wouldn't giving it to the non supporters be even more effective as they then would see the benefits of being a supporter and could then invest in their own package and in the long run make it so that more money come in to the site and they have more funds to deal with in terms of working on a fix.


I think it should be top priority to keep the current supporters satisfied. From my point of view it is pretty unlikely sb. Would pay for a bad service if he was offered a few days/weeks of supporter.

I was a supporter for a long time but wouldnt pay again under the current circumstances.

Well I did not extend my supporter package and even quit the game for a couple of weeks (without letting my team go bot) because I was extremely annoyed by the low standards of customer service here.

Last tweet came in September, last news post is two months old and the newest piece of content is a one month old blog entry. Thats alone is horrible and it has nothing to do with performance issues...

This "our way, or the highway"-mentality finally shows results, we are down to less than 90 users in Austria (from more than 110) and it looks like this is a global phenomenon.

Please, keep the discussion on topic and succinct. We can take critique where it's due but we're also aware of the fact that some users will never be satisfied no matter what we do. And no, this is not an invitation to a discussion about our service in this thread.
