maybe you should hire the cheap "guest worker" laborers instead. The guys you have seem to be taking too many union-approved 5 hour lunches.

Since just about everyone is expanding by almost entirely just bleachers, i decided to check out how much the top 25 arenas are worth (from how much it takes to build each type of seat) and then divide that by the number of seats to calculate who was spending the most/least on average per seat to expand.

hm, so when you put it that way, it seems that most people expanding are focusing on the short-term goal of just getting some quick cash, since its less expensive to build bleachers.
