Any tips for transfers? Ask as much as you like to get, ask a bit lower, higher, what is the smartest thing to do?
I sold Chiau for only 750k, that's way to less for a 90K center? 58 Big man Skillpoints, bad outside (26)...
Or is this the right price, I can't sell my PG with weird skills (I know) as well for what I hoped

They were both 1.6 mil in my plan , now only the half of it...
Any tips are welcome.

Yeah I listened to your advice, this PG was to focus on the Inside with LI, it was the best possible combination with these unbalanced players, maybe I'm wrong, but it was the best thing I could think off.

Now I'm buying more balanced players so I hope it will give me some progress

Sometimes it is also not so bad to gather a bit of money to invest in a good player. Now I see you also don't have a real trainee en you make transfers of player who don't cost a lot of money. Maybe that should be something to invest in. Train him good for some seasons and invest the money in new trainees or better players. Through the seasons I realised that's something very important, it's just some advise from me.

By the way, congrats to Mizu Arlon and Seattle Sonic with their place in the final. Your places in the final are for sure deserved! I hope both of you get promoted to division 1!

Indeed, one should first focus on buying a few prospects and train them. Their value will increase, the team's level will quickly improve plus you can shape them the way you want.

The best piece of advice I can give is to remain patient. Losing (and even be relegated) is not a problem as long as you have a plan and know where you're going. Being competitive at the highest level requires time, efforts and money - a lot. You can't be competitive with half decent players. You need top players and they cost a lot. A loooooot.

Look at Sonic, he restarted from scratch and has been building patiently. If all goes well, he will be promoted this season with (I'm pretty sure) tons of millions on his bank account. But it took him 10 seasons, great training and smart moves.

By the way, congrats to Mizu Arlon and Seattle Sonic with their place in the final. Your places in the final are for sure deserved! I hope both of you get promoted to division 1!
Thanks, hope so too!
