Yes, I've been approving people who send me a bbmail when they register. I've been trying to bbmail people who register without sending me a note, but for people who sign up with a different name, there's no way for me to figure out who they are to verify that they're a US user (this may not apply to cws33, I haven't check in a little bit, just making this a general note to anyone else waiting for approval).
