There should be a visible Team Chemistry rating, which affects things like offensive flow/passing/defense. It would take a hit whenever you sell a key player or add someone new into the rotation, and it would slowly improve as the roster stays together. It would encourage a more long-term outlook on team building rather than day trading or buying new veterans every season. Chemistry is clearly a real-world thing and probably wouldn't be a hard thing to add to the game engine.

Cool suggestion! Dont know if it is already coded somehow in some dark or hidden game engine coefficient. I think this was brought up in some old forums around 2010 or 2011.

Goodmorning to everybody,
I have no clue if what i am about to suggest is already been told but i will say it,
When we do not have any point to spend on drafts we should have a button to randomise the list. When ever i dont spent the draft points i take random picks . But this way now is to drag every player up or down , i also dont know if i am the only one do this, but till now it work a couple of times i got a lucky pick from this and one that it was not even my first option. Thank you

What difference does this make... A randomized list will generate as many good players as the. default one.

No difference, it just change the order of the list sramblenthe order. A lottery button if you want.

It's already a lottery... Every team Has different order for players, so, it wouldn't do anything.

As OP stated:
It would personally save him time from having to drag players all around.

or, is it more time consuming for you to click 1 randomize button, then to click and drag 30 or so players around?

I think that playing 3rd game in the ASG week was always designed as a bonus for teams, which managed to stay in cup until that moment. Same with 3rd game during play-offs.

A few ideas...
* Transfer Price Estimate on STAFF.
* Arena Sponsor - Sign a 1-4 seasons name rights for your arena, fictive sponsornames (BB Sporting Goods etc...), gives a small signing bonus on up to 100k/season signed, no weekly income. If no sponsor is signed, you keep your arena name =) New sponsor-deals(1-3) offered once a week of no sponsor is signed. Delas are based on Fan Survey, overall ranking and PR-manager.
* Increase OD:s effect on salary!
* Lower salary for home grown players, for every year lower salary by 1% for a maximum of 10% after 10 seasons.
* Game setting for 'Fouling in the end in close games'. Yes or No och Coach decision. Coach decision should take own players fouls, opponents FT% in consideration. Perhaps a 'End of close game offensive tactic' settings? Outside, Inside, Isolated outside, isolated inside or normal.
* When losing out of National Tournaments first 1-4? rounds, enter a compensatory tournament, round robin style that lasts as long as the original tournament. Perhaps regional? With low price money for wins.
* For supporters: Sunday scrimmage! You can challenge a fellow supporter to a scrimmage! (just like a private league)
* Individual game tactics for every half/quarter! First half: Motion, second half: Low Post!
* Change tactics based on parameters like "if leading", "if lead is greater than X", "if trailing", "trail by more than X", only available at half time and/or quarter.
* Change Attitude (CT, Normal or TIE) to a points system, where you can distribute points to every quarter(or half). 5 levels of attitude where 5 = CT, 3=Normal and TIE=1.
* New option in Substitutions: "Spread minutes", coach tries to get Starter and Backup in same position equal minutes +/- 4mins. If Starter and Backup is the same person, then he plays 48min if he can.
* When in overtime, coach plays the best possible team, overruling previous settings.
