This file is really too hard to understand... I understand how to change pages and insert the MyData page, but everything else doesn;t make any sense to me as to what to do and how to find the calculations. Could someone give me a run through as to how i would use the TrainerParrot??? I would really appreciate it ;)

You should see the Help sheet, it was very helpful to me when I was lost in the ENTIRE FILE.
You're lucky being an english speaker ;)

For some reason when I download it I can only see the bottom half of the spread sheet. Any help?

The spreadsheet didnt open up as an OpenOffice document but it opened as a tab on the internet. I use the latest version of IE. The tab showed the bottom half of the document but I couldnt scroll up. I could still switch between the sheets using the bottom tabs, but I can still only see the bottom half.
