Develop the three key players on your team, whether they are bigs or guards, and then draft more talent where you can get your players secondaries up while developing other players primary skills and repeat. It is a very long and difficult process and one I could personally never do myself.

5 seasons of BIG MAN training on 1 pos 3 players and u get your C and PF.
5 seasons of GUARD training on 1 pos with 3(1 guy from your BM training aka your SF) and u get rest of your lineup.
Ofc it takes alot of time but after 10 season you should get atleast II div.

The draft's unpredictability makes all your long-term training plans useless.

First thing, I am looking in my draft is height.
If I am lucky, I have a great potential to be trained for a long time.
If not, I have a great player to be trained in my plan.
