Hmm seems strange indeed.

You got outrebounded at C/SF and PG and you won the race at SG and PF.

I guess that overall your individual players rebounding level was higher than his, since your ratings are about equal while you played on the road. 7+ rebounding for a SG is nice, I guess that clarify's the board domination of your SG.

Then we've only got your PF left, which sounds strange indeed. Dunno why he won that many rebounds, but it surely could be luck.
Another thing is that the total amount of rebounds is distributed over 5 players at your side instead of 8/9. I don't know if that's gonna make any difference, but I could imagine it would.

The rebounding outcome at the SF position sure looks bizarre.

My sg for the game has marvelous rebounding, so the domination there made sense. Just surprised that my pf ended up with the most, even though he certainly had the lowest comparative rebounding skill.

man....since the new GE, rebounding numbers are really really easier to get. If this system brought to next season, sure 3 of my bigman will average at least 10 rpg.

The defensive matchups were very strange in my scrimmage ((12754471)).

I was defending 3-2 zone, but sometimes my center was defending to their PG or SG, and once the PG was shooting from very long distance (and he scored the 3pt).

This is a friendly match so not important. But I cannot find a logical (or realistic) way of making a center defending to a PG when he's shooting from very long, in 3-2 zone.

edit: example:
My SG shoots from long distance defended by their center: (/BBWeb/reportmatch.aspx?matchid=12754471&realTi...)

I played 1 - 3 - 1 defense. My best guess is that my C played on the wing as he was always defending 3pt shots. I would expect the C to play near the hoop.

That is just my guess from watching the game. The Center always seemed to be defending on I think the right side.

Any info on positions and the place on the court players are?

I would expect with 3 - 2 and 2 - 3 it is the SF being switched around.

1 - 3 - 1 anyone? Should be PG up top. SG and SF on wings. PF between the two and C near the hoop. At least that is my guess.

Thanks.

Oh and Rebounds are very high. It might be because I am in such a low division and a noob

i guess, the major bugs are fixed now, at least in my last two games, there were no surprises. the reboundtotals are a little high, yes, but this has something to do with shooting percentages and pace. As long as teams are launching 90 shots and more with a percentage well under 50% (which is normal in bb) you will see high rebounding totals. (in bb, every missed shot leads to a rebound!)

I guess this game (12732841) totally debunks any idea that IS might have anything to do with the bug. I'm not gonna disclose my PG's skills, but everyone else on the court had IS ≤ 3.

That is truly mental...

In both a 1-3-1 and a 3-2 I expect for all the players to occasionally defend the 3 point shot. In the 1-3-1 the center will sometimes be forced to defend a shallow wing 3 point shot in some ball rotation scenarios, and in a 3-2 corner 3s will be defended on occasion by the bottom 2. Neither of these scenarios are LIKELY however, they are possible.
