He is 6'3 or so...

I agree the SB is a bit of a drag but I am not sure it is worth fixing.

Thanks for the response.

Wouldn't train SB. It's amazing for ratings at PF/C but not at guard and guards don't block shots. Rebounding, probably only if it fits into other player's training. The margins seem okay and REB is damn good overall.

I'd like to see that Kozlik dude's training template if he makes one. But I'd say IS for sure. JS/OD/HND/DRV probably. I think JR too but no idea.

If he's a guard, perhaps some more ID will help against any inside focused guard. Also hopefully get a SB pop while at it.

Curious is someone can assist me in determining if this player is capped? I am at work so cannot use the programs that I would normally use.

95-100% based off old salary formula which would have him at 77.2k salary. His actual salary is 74.6k. A little secret (according to a friend who pm'ed a BB-staff) is that if the salary coefficient things decrease (as they did, and always seem to), previously capped players can re-pop and grow into their potential again. If he was still popping last season, he definitely has extended room to grow.

I have 2 old guys probably 93-100% an 94-100% capped (too lazy to check) and they're still popping. We're both lucky, because potential sub-levels are apparent a thing. A lot of guys cap wayyyy before 95%.

Edit: btw I think you should only train big man stuff. Maybe not even REB. His PG salary is almost capped but SF salary is under 50k.

Debating if I should sell him or not. What would your advice be? If I sell him, about how much will he worth?

He'd be an awesome U21 player. I think training him to 14 OD and 11 PAS before moving on to heavy IS and ID would be nice if you could dedicate that training to him. Forward 1-on-1 would be ideal to train too.

I think he could become a passable Naismith starting SF (even on a top team) or an awesome Naismith back-up SF and G or PF.

That one's tough. His primaries are good with no weak spots but his secondary skills are poor. You could train him, but his value isn't that far from its peak right now. He could become a great player but never a salary efficient or very valuable one.
