Are you serious? That much for only 3 minutes short?

its like you quit the training 3 minutes before the big password to get yourself the training you deserve...

so 25% i think is a bit more likely

Is it possible to add to first message some other general information, if there are any?
For example:
1. all trainings which are influenced by high or low weight in a possitive or in a negative way?
2. fact that FT and stamina traning is not influenced by trainer level
etc.
There is too many messages to find this important information.
Thanks

All this information is in the game rules. This thread is not meant as a replacement for them.

#2 I'm sorry, I overlooked it
#1 Ok, I will wait until it was more clear.

Some of my experience: one of our U21 players, 211cm tall, has problem with training outside def., his progress is very slow comparing shorter player. But I don't know exact speed.

I've been training an allstar potential 20 year old and a 19 year old perenial all star. The PA has been getting 80+ minutes a week and I've been getting a pop every week in outside shootnig skills. The allstar has had 2 pops in about 4 weeks in those skills with the same amount of minutes

why are you giving your PA 80 mins a week? Wouldnt it be more sensible to just give him 48 and try and give some training to someone else? Those 32mins are very valuble. I certainly dont mean any offence with this btw.

your PA is both younger and smaller than your All star so these 2 things are probably the reason for the quicker training. The potential will come later into the picture I think.

Well the moment im trying to get his as many pops as quick as possible even though i know 48 should be sufficient he is a key player in my lineup ever since he started popping. My alternate to the PA is a 24 year old allstar that ive never seen good play. I'm justdoing whats working for my team.
