Rip Home, Rip Away were 2 of them. ;) Beanz on the road was obviously a 3rd. I don't want to offend any of my league mates so I won't mention the the other 2. ;)

I squeeked one out in OT against an odd CT.
It's obviously been a terrible season for me. With our rival history I had to do it.... GG man.

Not offended. I know you didn't want a trip into the Greenhouse. It's hot in there. ;)
If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

So we will have League II team in semifinals after all. Green Machine has a slight advantage with HCA but I will still do my best

Neutral site games from here out, so no advantage there.

of course, quarter-final. Way to make myself sound stupid, especially since I have been here before

I don't think I've ever seen anything like that. This type of ratings and pp/100 difference would typically equate to a comfortable 20 point win. Only I lose this. I've only set "strong" (relative to how bad my team is) line-ups a few times and I've had multiple wonky results this season. None this weird, though. The correlation between this happening and ghosts existing and fondling me 24 hours a day is probably higher than any logical correlation for this result.
What annoys me even further is that he won and he didn't even exploit a gigantic advantage he had. He started his $280k proficient GS centre at forward against my $145k proficient GS PF instead of at centre against my $94k strong (low) GS centre. What annoys me most is that I don't have a home PR guy. Of course, I really shouldn't have needed it anyway. It'd be fun to see if I won by 20 with him or if I just don't understand the game.

Looking at the match-up ratings you should have won by 20 just as your said. One position was almost even and you have a huge edge in the other 4. My guess is that you had some really, really bad luck to lose this one.

From a match-up stand point, I think my players were better than yours at every position
I fully expected to win that game and was surprised to be trailing in the 4th
I think the ratings are ridiculous when examined in the points per shot context
I played my expensive C at PF hoping to keep your better defender away from him
How was I to know which player you would put on him, I figured that you would use that guy against the center, so I played him at PF
The lineup I started against the one you started, before the game started, no way you're talking about 20 point ratings, at that point you're praying for the best
Go ahead and check the individual position match ups
In my opinion the closeness of the game was as ridiculous as the post game ratings!!
