This game makes me want to murder kittens sometimes. "Strictly Follow Depth Chart" couldn't be further away from the truth. It's always been a major flaw with the game. I'm really trying to get some training minutes in this week, and there's no F-ing way my backup PG should be playing PF for the entire 4th quarter. Not in any universe.

I was also hoping to get my backups SOME minutes in the 3rd quarter. I'm playing a fast paced offense, all 5 of my starters' stamina sucks (this is intentional), and my starters played all 12 minutes in the 3rd. That should just never happen. There were 3 instances where a player tried to grab the rebound, but the ball went out of bounds. That is apparently not good enough to warrant a substitution.

The powers that be are wondering why the game is losing users. That in itself is mind boggling. Oh well...at least our players have some really cool jerseys they can wear!

They termed that jersey update as "major." That should tell you all you need to know about the trajectory of this game.

The same GE issues that plagued this game when I started in season 12 are the same issues we're dealing with now. Sometimes I'm not sure why I'm still playing this game.

What does everyone think about the new staff members? I really like the idea of a secondary trainer, but I don't have any 18-19yo players that I'm training right now. Wish he would give the whole team a boost.

I'm actually considering purchasing the sports psychologist for my playoff run.

No need at all for the nutritionist. I hate having high stamina players.

And I just pulled the trigger. Was able to get an advanced Sports Psychologist for 2k. Makes ~16k per week. Just going to keep him for the playoffs and fire him after the season. We'll see if he really makes a difference in Game Shape.

Damn, do I have to hire a second trainer just for my trainees? That's all I really use my main trainer for anyway. Not a huge fan of the new staff members so far, just because the secondary trainer seems to overcomplicate things a bit. Just my first impression though

The 3 new staff members are just optional. The Secondary Trainer only gives 18 and 19yo players an extra boost. I think that's too limited. I would seriously consider purchasing one if he gave every player a boost, regardless of age.

Totally agree. I see now that he only trains 18 and 19 year olds, and since my one trainee is about to finish his 19 year old season, that limited amount of time is not worth the ridiculous signing bonuses these guys are getting.

I think the secondary staff members are a great idea. It's only financially feasible on a regular basis for long-term or higher-level managers, but it can be affordable in spurts for lower-level managers too. This is a lot more major than the jersey update.

I just got the exact same "model" ok I paid three grand for his services, same salary. Now I don't know what sort of "techniques" your guy plans to put in place but over in my neck of the woods management has authorized some drastic measures. https://youtu.be/yQa_sg4zN88

I have noticed here in Cell Block 4 The playoff/relegation situation in your club red is off the hizzy. I see my old friend Coach Filmore has his Brewskies perched in that final position thanks to being ahead on the 2nd tiebreaker (points scored).Yet trees defeat put each team on level footing going into the season finale. And trees and chewy face off while Brewskies need to kick out the jams against wilcats. Looks like there will be much scoreboard watching and hand wringing. Similar situation over in the Slaughterhouse five blue bloods as even though the teams making the playoffs are set the finishing order of 2-4 is still very much in question.

The simple fact however is that in both cases it is all for pride because in CB4 the eggies looked primed and in the Slaughterhouse our top team Ladson Lions have been carefully structured to this place.

Dang, one point anywhere gets me in the playoffs. Wasn't getting anywhere for sure, but would have been nice for one more money game. Hats off Brewskies for doing what they needed. Also, tip of the cap to the Trees. You finally got me when it counted.

No power rankings this time. Going to do some playoff predictions instead.

Eggies over Diamantes
Whalers over Sockdologizers
Eggies over Whalers

DC over Brewskies
Trees over PV Pride
DC over Trees

Eggies over DC in 3 thanks to home court.

Good luck to everyone in their playoff/relegation games.
