Yeah, our league is crazy. Seven teams deep and it hasn't discouraged anyone to tank down.

I wonder if I would have beaten you in the playoffs if Repcik had been healthy? Of course TKI probably would have taken me out - but perhaps if Repcik had not had that 2 week injury, I could have taken that last game against TKI and gotten HCA throughout the playoffs? Can't be bitter though, so many things worked out for me in my first NBBA season to let me win the title. Don't think I can hang this season though. It's just a matter of time.

that is absolutely true. Repcik healthy = win, certainly over me, possibly a 2-peat.

i wish i knew more about the science of decliniing / aging players. up til now, i have avoided them like the plague, but my one ancient, Drury, hasn't collapsed, more of a gentle decline (with experience continuing to rise). since that is the only part of the market that isn't overinflated (Baby Huey notwithstanding), i just wish i knew more than i do now. the point is your time may be more extended than you think, because right now you are on a pretty high plateau.
