This would just change the whole game. You'll see when you'll have be in Buzzerbeater a bit longer, but you can create very nice players. It just take some times. It's up to you to do it or not.

Apologies for replying 10 days later, but to new players (and before you say it, i played from season 21-24 so i'm not new to this game at all) that time is required to develop nice players might seem a but redundant. Realistically let's say a new player joins BB at the start of the season, he has to wait the entire season then hope he gets lucky in the draft or finds a trainee with the money he has. Maybe if there were some way to get players a player or two that can help them shape their team it wouldn't be as gamechanging and perhaps would help new players become hooked into the game.

New managers can find good trainees for really cheap on the market any time during the season.

Now all they need to do is fix training ... or it won't matter one bit what kind of trainees there are. Right now finding good trainees on the market is like finding sand in your shoes -- so what?

Despite everything said here, the number of users continues to drop. If no drastic measures are taken, the game will be over soon enough.

And that is so sad for us who have many years here.

I really doubt the game actually dies. Number of users is dropping, and it's a bit sad, but it doesn't impact the game too much. Even if the userbase drops further, I'll continue playing.

Right now many teams sign up to grab a few draft picks, happens every season during the playoffs...

Plus, I bet 95% of those managers don't stay longer than two weeks.
