Is there a way to specifically search for these FA's? Or do you just have to sift through all the payers one by one?

There is no way to search for just the free agents, but I found some by setting the minimum salary at 10,000 and the maximum bid at around 50,000. A lot of players returned with that search as a FA.
Also to note, it looks as though the threshold for FA is around 10k salary.

Those are most likely players saved by a U21 or NT team... Any player on a U21 or NT team automatically gets saved.

yes I know, but these were not U21 players, unless they have been removed from the squad once on the market
But many of the 9k I don't think they were on a NT

not sure if this really hurts enthusiasm
Here it was an example of <10k FA, butit seems that we can't post players on sale....so it was censored....you can make a search and you'll find several (no U21 or NT players)

I know hnobody said that.
We are talking about players with less than 10k salary being FA's, so all of them must be on the transfer list.
My point here is to show that not all FA's are above 10k, I have no intention to make publicity of these or any other player. He just was the first on the list when I made the search.
