I disagree. Although you may not be winning the overall cup, each cup victory gives you extra income which you otherwise wouldn't have so it might be worth going for a cup run, especially in the start of the cup when you might be matched against weaker opponents.

So, i have a problem cause my two players played around 40 minutes in the first game. For sure they will have more then 80 minutes per week for 3 games.

Play them as backups for the next 2 games and you will be fine. Or backup in one and not at all in the other.

Then you better spend some money and bring in some extra players so your starters can have a rest. Otherwise your game shape will suffer

It will not improve or harm their training. 48 full minutes provides the exact same training as 96 full minutes. )


Technically thats not correct, if you consider experience gain training(and I do).

What are your experience with a massage doc? I switched to one and wonder what effect that migt have on my player´s shape.
Without one the limit to be on the safe side is at around 80 minutes, what is it like with a massage doc? 90 min.? 95 min.? Random?

It's not that big an effect. Don't play 90 minutes and expect to not drop in GS. Aim for 48 - 79 minutes (I'd even make this to aim for 60 - 72 minutes ideally) but if you are a little over by a few minutes (not 10 minutes) then it makes less of a difference with the massage doctor.
