I just got a team and I have a team full of Jonathon McReadies :( I wonder If I can submit new names for these players somewhere? I would like to give them different names if I can do this! If I cannot name them myself I will just keep them like it is, at least this is almost as interesting :D

Just a note, GMs are not able to change the names of your players. It is the BBs who can change things like that and as Charles said they are working on it.
