So you are training JS in forward position and your 22y/o player only popped in IS 1 time over 4 trainings? And your saying this is a bug?
May i ask the hight of this player? And what exactly do you find s strange about it?
According to the Training Speed Analysis thread it should take:

Forwards:
Trains JS @ 2-3 weeks
Trains JR @ 7-8 weeks
Trains IS @ 7-8 weeks

That long for one pop. So i dont see why he should have gotten more then one in that time spent training him.
You should also note that this threads estimate is on 18/19 y/o's with a lvl 5 trainer.

Yes im saying its really weird my SF dindt pop on JS and it's not a problem of height since as I said my PF is having a pop-up of JS every 2 weeks and i repeat i've seen others managers complaining about trainind.

Anyway, i'll wait an official version about training speed...

That's the player that is not training as he should... I suppose its not a problem of salary-potential or capped, he has only 93 skills (without taking in care stamina-FT-experience).

Last season I got a lvl 4 trainer, and trained pressure to this guy (16541517) (PG/SG), who popped every 2 weeks. Now I've got a lvl 5 trainer, and I'm traning pressure to this guy (17873204) (PG). 2 weeks and still no pop in any skill.

Yeah, the hall of famer maybe had a very low sublevel but that's not the point. The point is, why should I train pressure in one position if I get almost the same results (or worse) than when I was training 2 positions?, even with a better trainer?.

Yes he trained 100% during 3 weeks and this last week he made 44(but thats really close to 100% of training...)

Anyway I hope some BB can check if trainings are ok...

They check it all the time. There are processes that say if training did not take place.

I've read somewhere in the forums that the penalty of not getting 48 minutes is substantial. I don't have any data to confirm that statement. Maybe someone will confirm its validity.

Don't worry about the height cause in my experience with JS training height doesn't matter at all. As example, my 19 year old player (16969339) received 6 weeks JS training SG/SF (3 last season and 3 this season) and improved 7 -> 10 at JS. If he improves next Friday he'll have pop every 2nd week.

The age effect might be a problem though. This 22 year old player (12173771) is 3 weeks without a pop in JS training for SG/SF (full 48 minutes). Last season (as 21 year old) he needed 3 weeks in JS training for SG/SF to get from one JS pop to another.

My trainer is level 6.

P.S. Also, make sure that the level of JS is not too far away from the related skills cause it also affects training speed.
