I agree with Southpaw. I recently trained up a 19yr old rookie with 4700 salary at draft in S13 (meaning a worse player than this) to the U21 NT in 2 seasons (with a 3 week injury). I'm not proposing that he could do the same with his rookie, but that guy can make a pretty decent PF in 2 seasons, 3 in the outside if he trained up the inside skills. The only issue for me is his stamina - That atrocious can really mess with his ratings. In any event, its better than trying to sell him off for 100k or so.

Also, he's in D3. I think he's got the time to train up a franchise player, that this guy can be.

Are No 1 guy realy can be trained to 100k+ sallary in 2-3 seasons? woow.
I just promoted to DIII and I?m playing BB for half a season. Plans for S16 is to try to not get demoted to DIV, so, I have time to train my players.

It's indeed possible to get to about 100k in about 3 seasons. My C Vitus Marin was at 84k after four seasons - so yes, it is possible.
