Fascinating way to look at things. The user should make changes to his daily routines to make up for the fact that Buzzerbeater has a partner with defective technology?

For one, I would never use Adblock as I make my living at the marketing department of a newspaper... it would be committing ethical and practical professional suicide...

And changing my browser from Chrome? Come on now. Buzzerbeater should have a chat with Adbrite and make sure that they leave the 20th century behind and update to a relevant product. I for one will never click an add at this site until it starts working, and I might even get fed up with the entire service if I must continue hitting the reload again, again and again. And again.

Try this... (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/store/buysupporter.aspx)

Without a doubt, the most effective way of killing ads..

Haha. Yeah, it sure is. But should I support BuzzerBeater, if they choose to ignore me as a user and the major flaws that their service indirectly has through their partnership with Adbrite? Doubtful. It is a shame though, because besides this... they have been doing an impressive job.

You say major flaws being ignored, but besides Adbrite they have done an impressive job? So the only thing stopping you buying supporter is Adbrite?

I'm certain they make more than $40 a year from them, so I really doubt this will happen just so you buy supporter.

I'm another one who has never had an issue with the slow loading speed.. Perhaps an extra second or 2 loading the login page now and then, but after that no problems at all.

First, thanks everyonefor keeping the thread clean and polite.

Second, we will contact Adbrite and see ifthey can do anything about it. If not, we'll probably reconsider our partnership with them.

It's not like there is a flood of people that has said here that they have the same problem. So removing the adds just for you seems a bit radical to =)
I do get annoyed and have been lurking this thread (as I'm assuming a many others are), but not enough to post a comment. I thought the adbright delays are just part of the game, but if the BBs are able to do something about it, that'd be great.

Thanks, Marin! I'll admit I was a little frustrated about the lack of feedback, that's why I didn't want to renew my supporter membership. Now on the other hand...

Hope you can get it fixed anyway, I know how frustrating it can be with some affiliate partners. A lot of hacks and dirt out there!
