Well, I will never understand American's fascination with cheerleaders... Basketball should be played as a competition, not just for fun... I mean, there's exotic dancers or something for those who wants to watch sexy women dancing...
And do you think those players and fans really get motivated by looking at cheerleaders? :) I think that sports in America is something purely for fun... European fans are far more dedicated to their teams, mostly in football (soccer), true, but in basketball also... Just look Bologna in Italy or Zadar in Croatia, and you'll see what real basketball fans are... And they don't need cheerleaders :)
Don't get offended, that's just the conclusion I get by watching American movies, or watching the NBA games... 'DEFENSE, DEFENSE...' That just isn't the real thing...

The heart of basketball is in the college and highschool game, the NBA has been struggling to produce a real environment for a long time. The same can be said of the cheerleaders as well--they actually consider it a competitive sport at those levels and the good squads have both men and women performing pretty acrobatic stuff. You should have a chance to witness some March Madness over the next few weeks--do that, rent Hoosiers (because I doubt you'll be able to find any Indiana highschool ball on tv) and come back to me.

They could help, especially as I expect to pick pretty late in the draft order.

I really would like if there would be coach as new staff member... cause I don`t like that every team have based coach who make substitutions during the game...

It'd be a performance advantage for the rich clubs, but it would be that much less money invested in players. Also, it could be a quick fix for smaller clubs that aren't wanting to invest huge amounts yet in a player or in stadium improvement to move up a notch. Besides, it's a management game--building a big bank acct is half the challenge.

that means everything should to depend on money in this game?
You want to invest your money and boost your team's performance, shouldn't be this game more like sport/tactic game? Investing of a money is a very simple step, doesn't depend on your abilities at all.

Not sure how you went from half to everything, but management of money is certainly a part of any management game and is tied to the training scheme. That's what gets people to keep playing. In my view setting the tactics is the easiest part of this game.

Is pointless to compare what is most easy in this game - the point is that according this idea will have rich clubs another advantage to boost theirs performace.
Few staff members+ couldn't be bad, but more influence these staffs will have to the performance of your team, more advantage you'll get just for the money..
I think this is a bad, you don't think so, thats it
