I would do one position training with Huffman as your main trainee. I wouldent know what you need to train because I haven't seen his attributes.

Ok, you need OD, it´s a very important skill! Then you need Passing, Handling and Driving (which all depend on each other). I would do some weeks on OD and later on some switching between different trainings.
Right now it seems, that you have 2 (very) good traninees (Huffmann/Hubbart) and 3 decent (Jaanson/Jellen/Lacasa). I would sell some other player and buy another trainee, so you can do PG/SG training on the skills above. You also could train only 3 trainees, but in my opinion its more fun to have 6 players trained then only 3.
Your choice ;-)

OK, the training result just came out. The SG's OD does not pop.. But I will continue working on that.

Thanks for the advice!

Exactly what he said, I would do OD untill 12 and then a whole bunch of 1V1.

I'd probably just single-position train Huffman, Hubbard and Jaanson. Lots of OD, as others said. Probably some JR and Passing. You should probably at least sell Tomlinson, since he doesn't fit with the other three and he's a wasted asset if you aren't training him.
