Doesnt matter this offseazon, new sezon gona start in 2 week then you should either draft prospect or buy them 2-3 actually if you gona train 1 pozition ant 5-6 if 2. Now ill say true, you dont actually have players worth to train. Well maybe try train that 22 year old pf Inside shot or rebounding, or Inside defense. And next seazon maybe look up for guards, since their prices are way higher than forwards/centers. So you can train your own guards and buy centers for cents. For player to be trained, he need to play 48 minutes in certain pozition. For example if you train Inside shot for centers, then your pf needs to play 48minutes that week for a center to get full training program.

As someone else said, when looking at prospect don't get caught on their potential. Look for star/all-star/perennial all-star type propects. That's plenty of potential and you won't overpay for them. Then focus more on their age. 18 year olds train light years faster than 21-24 year olds so look for 18 year olds to train, don't waste your time training older players when starting out.

Focus on training either big men (PF/C) or small men (PG/SG). Don't try to train both and don't be looking to buy 18 year olds that you plan to play at both.

With the new season around the corner, I'd wait until after the draft to find players to train. You can grab 18 year olds, they'll be cheap and you'll have the entire season to train them.

The first thing you sould know and rememember is that you play in long term. Every decision you make will affect later. I just suggest you to spend your money wisely. First of all you should read game manual. If I were you I would buy for myself/pick in a draft some young talent, not for much money (up to 50k). Train him for 1-2 season with some income. During this time you will learn something about game, how to play, manage minutes, what skills are best for positions, extend arena then sell those players or just keep them and buy another players with knowledge about the game.

Could you guys advise me, is it good to train man to man for my SF and PF?
the SF is 18 years old, and the pf is 20 years old.

Probably not, since they will turn 19 and 21 in 3 days. Id wait for draft. and then either train the ones i drafted, or would buy some on the transfer market, because just after the draft they are very cheap.
