wait till the enxt economy update ;) Since the average is calculated with the values of last season, and most likely some promoted teams.

It was never stated that salaries would lower every season, only that they would be adjusted, it could be up or down depending on the state of the economy.

So how would you describe the state of economie at the moment?
The market is crap! The best players earn way too much, nobody can afford them...

you don't play with 5 michael Jordans, but for example Josef KA designed a good eam around a dwight howard(turbato).

Also in the bundesliga was a promoted team, which made quite good in addition with an salary monster at that time(also around 330k).

1st-players without real training (maybe some week 24 min, or 30, but not the rule of this season) have increased their salary even if they´re 30 yo.

One of the factors of the increase is probably cross training. 10% to a random skill every team training (FT, ST, GS) can probably account for the slight increase in some players.

If the salaries were lower, the prices were higher so you couldn't afford 5 Michael Jordans ;)

By this, I meant the amount of money available in the game.

I don't think the market is crap, it's a broad statement. Are we to start a discussion about the market again ?
What kind of market do you want ? Look back at your transfers history and see the kind of player you were buying 2 years ago with 1M.

I assume by best players you mean the highest salaries. This is a problem... you can get rid of by dropping NT competitions, the only reason why they exist, they are illogical from a GM point of view since they are unsustainable.

Of course, it won't happen.

You want a raise to top teams income so that they can afford those players ? More and more income and where do you stop ? You'll want one, then two, then three of those monsters and infinite income. It will drive up transfer fees and we will see again 10k players going for 1M then 2M then 3M with the increase in income. Where does it stop ? Give a chance to new teams to compete or at least pretend or dream of competing one day. The gap is already very large.

Or you want their salary to be cut again by how much ? How do you suggest to do that ?

They are a problem, it was not tackled at the beginning and there is no easy solution now, those players were not meant to exist. I believe BBs have not anticipated correctly how we would train and the consequences. In their defence, predictions are difficult especially when about the future, witty quote said at some point in history somewhere from someone probably super intelligent :)
The financial side of BB has some problems, I have never denied it but it's not only a case of cutting salaries forever.

True :)

I didnt think about it exactly... It's not easy to find a good balance between income and expenses, but at the moment it's far away from being perfect!

A salary max of 300'000 or 250'000 would help a lot I think... And probably there are many other options to change the salary calculation... I'm sure there are many ways to improve the current state of economic!

Look at him: (6879068) Since october 2010 he's been transfered 10 times (and for a low price)! Thats what I mean with: the market is crap... ;)

And there are maybe even worse cases than Degulys...

A salary max. I wouldn't mind really, I don't and will never compete with such rosters. But did you think well about it ? It will be a massive advantage for the owners of these players with no drawback (salary). You are being very demanding and Santa finished his tour only a month ago :)

Quite a big imbalance you are asking for, it might cause trouble amongst elite teams. 100/200k saved a week on one player is a lot and it's just like increasing income for these teams and we are back to other problems.
Remembering the forum uproar at the small change that was cross-training, I don't want to think of the reaction this announcement would cause :D

I'm waiting for the news to see what they say.

I only hope that they don't say:''We have increased the salaries to keep going on an equilibrium direction[...]

They have to show some data, the teams doesn't have much money, just take a look on the TL, it's just so low so i don't know why they raise the salaries.

It's sad, but unless this raise is a bug, raising the salary encourage the teams to keep tanking money.
