it get easier to train those player without a let them play 48 minute concept and work for example with a 5 guy, two training position rotation.

But when a team have only 3 trainees and put them in single training position(Ball handling,Pressure,Inside scoring...),the training speed will be faster except some training program only have double positions such as Rebounding,Outside shooting...

In that case you need to sacrifice your 3rd trainee minutes. I use to have 2 good players and 1 not so good when training 1 pozition, so my heart doesnt broke when not so good one doesnt get full minutes:D

2)Some players have atrocious rebounding, but he can get 4to6 TR per game

I noticed that with my SG who in season 17 had 3.4 RB in 32.4 minutes of the game, which is a lot for Pitiful RB IMO. Not that I'm complaining, but it sort of confirms your theory. I've been also thinking players have some secret qualities. Or in my player's case, does it have to do something with his ID=7? I don't know.

Ive read that. But I also have a severely foul prone player that can't draw a free-throw offensively to save his life. So I doubt that it's as simple as people have discussed on the forums.

I have anti-foul-prone:D averages 1.1 foul per 48minutes, even if hes way worse defender than league average is and he is always facing beast pg's. But also he sometimes snaps rebounds even for triple double, with his lvl 4 rebounding:D While other guy with 7 rebounding sg can abrely grab 1 or 2 rebs per game.

First one averages 3.9 rebs 1.5 steals 0.7 block and 1.1 foul
Other one(should be better) 2.9 rebs 1.9 steal 2.3 foul

Seems like random stats.

it's all about matchups. If you got agianst guy with pitiful reboudning then your inept is great, but if you go against profilic then your respectable sucks, so cant really compare statisctics per season unless you analyze every matchup.
