Because both these are slow pace and require pas,dr and some handling of your all bigmen and guards . But keep in mind for this you need atleast respectable insideshoot of your guards to complete driving

first of all, i don't think Handling is used in shot creation, it's only useful for preventing turnovers..

I think quite the opposite...Game manual is a bit vague on this, but I think Driving determines how often will player decide to take a shot, while handling will determine the quality of the shot, mainly off the dribble. I think Handling plays almost no role when a shot is taken after a pass and a great role if the shot is unassisted.

Of course I have no proof and maybe I'm just imagining things or comparing live basketball too much to BB. But for now, +2 in HA is same for me as +1 in JS and JR.

That could be, nice theory =)

But I think +1 in JS and JR is more worth than +2 in HA...

I like the PA on your PF but beyond that it is horrible. You really urgently need to improve your passing playing in a league at that level you will never get good shots no matter what tactic you use. At the least just buy a PG with at least sensational PD, HA and DR, should be easy and it doesn't matter if his JS and JR isnt the best because the aim will be for him to be passing not shooting.
