Personally, I would never let the gameshape in my players slide for even one week. Let it slide for 1 week and it might effect how they play in league games for the 2 weeks that follow. Try to keep thim all at strong-proficient for the entire season. Even respectable is too low. The overall results you get from it will be will worth it.

Training stamina is a good choice. Some will disagree but I think high stamina iis very important for maxmizing performance.

I completely agree. For me high Stamina is very important. I wasn't a fan of Stamina till some time back, but I dunno, suddenly became a fan I have no trainees so I train Stamina every week. My players have sky high stamina

Don't completely agree on stamina.
Too much forces big minutes on veteran starters If you play close games.
That will hurt their GS.
Sometimes you won't be able to start them in 2 league games in a row.
I actually have 2 big starters with terrible, terrible stamina...
and a 3rd guy that replaces both.
Stamina bad for all 3 guys, GS good.
Starters come out early and stay fresh.

You train ST every week? Holy cow!
That must be nice not having to worry about getting 48+ minutes for specific players in specific positions.
Do you get cross training pops every so often throughout your roster?

I get what you're saying and it makes sense as a way to manage GS.
Personally I found players with high ST perform better during late game situations.

haha yeah nice to not worry about minute distribution, but I'm gonna start training next season once my position in the IPBL is cemented(I just promoted). So this 'happiness' is short lived. Personally, I like managing minutes. That's the fun in the game! ;)
No,unfortunately I haven't got a CT pop yet. Maybe because the sub levels of my players' skills are low, or what I dunno. Maybe just bad luck.
