I dont have a goal I bought them all cheap! I dont wanna train them out of position because I actually want to win games and maintain gameshape right now. Maybe one day ill train a SF or two.

Two position training isn't nearly as bad as it is often made out to be. If you're training a guy for international play, or trying to make a player that will start at the top levels, it's just not going to work, but for lower and midlevels, it's quite possible to make decent players with 2position training.

On the other hand, training 26 and 27 year olds with starter potential is just not overly useful. They're going to pop slowly if at all.

A few things.

1. Im not sure how my economy is bad. My salaries are below the league average. Im only putting in 10k a week on scouting. The only thing I can improve is expanding my arena. Which is a minor reason why I opened this thread. Should I save my money for a transfer or to expand my arena?

2. What kind of position are you in to be talking about 'progressing' if You spent 9 seasons in div III(and just recently promoted) while I am in a decent position to promote from div III and im in my 2nd season of div III?

And to everyone, I know that I opened this thread for help and it sounds like im just declining everyones opinion, but I dont like when people criticize me in a situation like this, but dont tell me why or how I could fix it. Also idk why people keep saying im training the 26/27 yo. Yes, technically im training them, but the 19,20 and 23 yo are obviously priority, but like I have said I want to play my strongest lineup all the time which makes getting 48+ for all 3 impossible and since im not trying to get these guys to any NT, two position training seems like a viable and good option to me.

You asked in the first post of this thread:

Nothing special, but if I continue training these guys, would they help me out in div II or am I going to have to go out and buy some bigs? If I promote that is.

Basically I just wanted to get some tips and opinions on how I am running my team. I love this game and would like nothing more than to get better at it! Thanks"

Everyone has given you their evaluation of how you are running your team. That is what you asked for. If you don't want to follow other's advice that is your choice, just don't get all defensive when you disagree with the opinions of others.

Actually all I have receieved is:
"Srop training the 26/27 yos!" "Stop two position training!"
then some reasons which is fair, but I will keep on 2 position training thanks.
And then once I got something different:
"Your economy sucks."

Where are the team evaluations?

I think your team is actually very solid. Your doing very well in league play so theres not much your going to want to change unless your economy is bad (Which it's not). The only thing i would suggest is get a little more outside guard presence. It looks like youve got yourself a great PG and are strong enough is all positions except SG. You don't really have a true solid SG. Other then that i think your team is fine.

What you definitely need to do is to expand your arena. In DIV III you can sell out a 15-20k seats arena pretty easily, if you are succesful.

Training 2 positions is fine, I had 2 players that capped (Allstar and perennial allstar) and even made national teams by using 2 position training. However age is a really important factor. Next season you should replace the 25++ players with younger ones, preferably under 22.

1. Exactly. You dont need to scout and you need to expand your arena.
2. So true. I learned the hard way. I didnt ask for advice like you did so I am telling you from my experience. And like you can see I am in good position to win promotion this season also.Thats not easy. If I knew few season before what I know now, I will be in first division already.
3. I agree with Prof. Bricks. You asked for advice. Its up to you if you want to follow or not.
