I think with that arena, you won't be able to buy a centre who will dominate the court. In my opinion you should first improve your arena then look for a player. One more thing, if you're planning to play LI, you should have at least 60k salary big men if you're battling for the title.

Okay thanks for all of the help i just want to compete so i dont get relegated so im gonna work on my arena first thanks again everyone

average DIII arena should have around 12k capacity...
IMO, try to get a big with good passing for LI offense, that helps a lot even if your big man is not dominating in terms of IS since the whole team can move the ball around for open shots
