What are his skills? Salary doesn't look bad for a 19y, and he appears to have been trained during this season. Reasonable price as well

Keep using "Take it easy" ...

1. Minimize the chance of getting injuries
2. Keep Enthusiasm increasing

Do you have proof of less injury chance (TIE v NOR v CRU)?

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

Jump Shot: 6 ↑ Jump Range: 3
Outside Def.: 2 Handling: 9
Driving: 5 ↑ Passing: 5
Inside Shot: 8 Inside Def.: 6
Rebounding: 7 Shot Blocking: 6
Stamina: 3 Free Throw: 5

Btw I scouted a guy with 4 star rating and 5 ball potential , Imma get him ! (: ( or try to )

He's 19 and a Pf with a B- rating

If you want to train him long term, you should probably improve his outside defense to 5. Having decent OD is pretty important for big men

Secondary skills training is slow, and requires out of position training, so you should do it while he's young, maybe this season.

Just keep upgrading them gradually.

Or if you want to test some unproven elastic effects, you can train IS than ID, then RB/SB

Apparently, this is how it works:
-IS depends on ID but not much
-ID depends on IS, but much more
-RB/SB depend on the previous two.

I suggest playing around with the training simulator, you'll figure out how the training works in no time.

No , I will give him 3 pops in OD and 4 in IS,ID,RB and sell him at the end of next season. I dont feel like playing around with the raining simulator.

There is a crowd sourcing project that analyzes training. Check this thread (203921.1). People submit their training results every week, and the data gets analyzed.

The results are well packed into this excel sheet, check the thread (203921.1). You can simulate a player's training throughout his entire career. That will help you to understand training, short and long term.
