Alright I'll contribute with my trainee numbers. One got his pop after 22 weeks(probably about 66 min per week), so it's about 1400 minutes. The other one is playing for 25 weeks, no pop yet.

I think the different experience levels factor in as well. Getting from atrocious to pitiful probably requires less "game time" than it does to get from average to respectful

I remember there was a thread a while back asking a similar question about which games give more EXP. The order was something like this: B3>NT/U21>Playoffs/Relegation>League>Cup>Scrimmages. Don't hold me to this, as I may be wrong.

I think you switch Relegation and Cup, but I am not 100% sure on that either.

no, i don't think so. I remember seeing that Cup is very underrated. I really don't know why, but I remember this much.

I also saw somewhere that the closeness of the game affects how much experience is earned. That is, a player will gain more experience for winning/losing 90-87 than for a 33-125 blowout.
