Yeah that's the same with me, when I first started, I learnt slot from talking to experienced managers.
And I think your plan is the better plan to be he's with you, I think I'm hat too impatient to train nowadays. Mainly because I have so much going on and don't think I'll be online as much as I use to be.
But hopefully I can safe a decent amount of cash to invest into arena and training whilst also building a decent team.
And on that note I thin I really need to start developing English players too rather than buying other nationalities from the market (it might save me a little cash too lol)
