Yes, 2-3 zone does increase rebounding.

I've seen a bunch of your posts in the past. Let me clear this up for you. BB and real life basketball are totally different. You can't keep comparing what you analyze and think should happen in a real life should transfer to BB. There's no such thing as a "height advantage" in BB. If a 5'9 guard has Prolific RB and you have a 7'6 Center with Strong the guard will win everytime. Height only matters when training a player. That's the only "height advantage" you'll see in this game. Hopefully this clears any misconceptions you have in this game?

I honestly don't think you do. You continually post about height advantage. I was just trying to clear up any misconception you had and for you not to put too much stock in real life basketball translating to a game such as BB. I've seen your questions in the forums and they're good newbie questions but I think you need to take some time of going through the game manual and reading about training and the differences between BB and the real basketball we know.

I just checked your team history. Im not going to be taking any advice from a guy who couldnt get out of division 4 from the time he started managing his team. Plus you only have 2 +1 so I dont think its fair for you to give advice.

Trust me I've been in this game longer than you can imagine. I lost my original team when I joined Air Force Basic Training. Started up again after I got out. I had the same problem of not trusting anybody else's opinion and that lead to my downfall. Just because I only have 2 +1's shouldn't matter when someone's trying to help you. I've seen people tell you that you have way to many young players and too many trainee's and yet you still keep them. I'm just trying to help you out but if you're going to be hostile so be it live in mediocrity for most of your BB career.

Ok I only made the decision to go young because my team was failing to compete in my 2nd season so either a. I had to keep the team and build off a loosing record. Or b. switch the mentatlity of the team and try to focus on competiting and winning. Im not like a tanker, I always want to prove that i'm the best in something. I will always play my best lineup in conference play. This team at this age has a chance to go to the 6th round of cup so I consider that a accomplishment

I get that and that's a great accomplishment and I'm not knocking you as a manager because I was in the same boat as you learning this game. Just don't be so hostile and take some constructive criticism because it helps in the long run. All power to you to make sure you don't tank and win but we all start from somewhere and all of us are just trying to show you the ropes and BB basics.

Just FYI you should join the USA offsite. A lot of mentorship there and helper tools. There's a lot of managers who don't post in BB forums but post in the USA offsite with great insight on the game and analysis of the game engine.
