Bolded was dramatically poor...but rest of it was acceptable, so there is hope. The most important problem is that Zantmanis played in friendly matches. I have never spoken with him owner and I don't know him but I will convince and convince and convince him that Zaitmanis doesn't have to play in friendly matches and explain him how harmful it is for his player.
