Player was on TL for 5 mln $ and without bid.

After that I can make him a direct offer 3,5 mln$ ( I know his skills) if he accepted he is sure selling this player because player will be on TL with that offer.

This can be badly received because at top leagues, managers don't want that his players become public his skills because try to think that your next foe look at your team and adverts that your center has low OD, with that info he can think a good tactic against you.

No he did... he's saying someone can Feign interest. pretend to want to make a direct offer. just finds out players' skillsets. and then use that knowledge or take that knowledge and give it to others.

And then how you know the level of the players you're offering? For example, I see one guard with 50k salary and 1M DMI but I don't know if it's all JS and One on One skills and he has no ID or it's a multiskill or something different. Without knowing the skills I can't offer money for a player.
