Does the elastic effect also have a reverse effect? Eg.: If my player have OD = 18 and HA = 6 and I train OD does his training will get a decrease?

Does that table cover all of the skills that have an elastic effect or are those just some examples?

So basically the elastic effect would stop a player from being trained to 20+ in all skills, and it would be best to keep the main skills as close as possible in early training?

Do the coefficients you gave also work for calculating elastic effect decreases?

For instance to reverse your example, if PA was 14 and HN was 6, would training PA give a player a (6-14)*0.03= -0.24 decrease in training?

Interesting. So I been training a couple new trainees OD all last season and did get a couple pops in HA....but should I really be training 1v1 to boost HA and DR in order to really increase OF and other skills trained as they get older?? I always liked boosting the trainees defensive skills and then work on JS, IS PA. But I just today had an MR scout email me and said train to get my newest trained until DR was 15.....seriously?
