JS ? Really? I thought JS is least valuable of these 4..
I Love Tehran won last 3 B3 competitions.
His players had really high JS:
PG 20
SG 18
SF 19
PF 15
C 10

This is where we hold them!

Yes, they had also great HA, DR, IS, but as you see, his players had not less JS because of that.

That's just your opinion. This "tanker" is the biggest manager on BB, and we can all learn from him.
If you want to be the best, learn from best, or you can try to invent hot water and try your own thing, but don't teach other that way and say it is the right one, because people can see what works.

All of those skills are important, and you should not sacrifice any of them, find a balance and train them all.

If you don't want listen to champions, then you should read what BB-s say.

Point Guard
Primary Skills: Outside Defense, Passing, Jump Shot

Shooting Guard
Primary Skills: Outside Defense, Jump Shot, Jump Range

Small Forward (Outside Based)
Primary Skills: Outside Defense, Jump Shot

Small Forward (Balanced)
Primary Skills: Outside Defense, Inside Defense, Jump Shot, Inside Shot

Small Forward (Inside Based)
Primary Skills: Outside Defense, Inside Shot, Inside Defense, Rebounding
Secondary Skills: Jump Shot, Passing, Handling, Driving

Power Forward
Primary Skills: Inside Defense, Rebounding, Inside Shot, Jump Shot

Center
Primary Skills: Inside Defense, Inside Shot, Rebounding
Secondary Skills: Handling, Passing, Jump Shot, Shot Blocking

So yes, he should definitely sacrifice the main skill on almost all positions to train more secondary and tertiary skills, thumps up for you mate.
First learn, then teach other, my advice for you, best regards mate.

This is where we hold them!
