Konigswinter, Sherrod, and my own Gunner all had 40 to almost 60+ point games for their respective teams and all three of those teams lost anyway.
Top 3 from each side is a sweep of the Great 8 by the Big 8. The games were competitive still especially with the Brew beating the Quacks in overtime. My own team might have even pulled off the win had my SG Tovar not left the game after only about 23 minutes with an in game injury. On a good note though he at least wont be missing any more games since it was just for the second half.
Ultimately, I feel like the Big 8 teams are the stronger side now as it seems like they have better depth. I know for a fact I sacrificed my guard depth when I let a couple veteran players like my former starting SG go during the off-season. The Rebels and Quack could probably stand to beef up a little as well but that's just my observation.
This post all-star portion of the regular season should be just as interesting as this nights matchups were. Who will make what moves in preparation for the playoffs because there is as always a lot of quality competitive teams in this league.
