Yes, you might be reimbursed - at least I think that would be fair. But please post in the "bugs" forum, probably at the financial-update thread that already is there. This here is a suggestions-thread, so I guess it's not the right place. But it does show that the downtime is needed very soon.
I just got an answer from Marin, he hears us and would gladly take the downtime if it would help right away. For now the plan stands that it might be a prolonged offseason in order to move to new software and cloud instead of 10years old software/hardware that is still being used ...
