If 3-2 also would have a rebounding drop i would choose 1-3-1 anyday when i would play against a perimeter minded offence...1-3-1 has a dramatic rebounding drop, 3-2 not as much.
Since it is a tactics choice I'm probably making a mistake in this theory though, anyone could explain me how this defence is supposed to work??
This is the largest TO i have seen from an opposition and I think that the tactic has got something to do with it. It almost seems like it is a mix between 3-2 and FCP. Although mostly 3-2.
